1300support.com is an independent help desk that processes customer queries for a number of telecommunication companies and content providers, that are operating on the Australian Premium Services market.

What these companies have in common, is that they charge you for their services via your phone bill or your pre-paid credit.

This way of charging is called Premium SMS (PSMS) billing or Carrier Direct Billing (CDB). In general these services are called Premium Services.

Frequently, end-users find the description on their phone bill unclear with regards to what they have to pay for. They don’t remember the name of the company, the name of the game they played or in general, accessing any premium content at all.

The 1300 support help desk team operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, AEDT. Depending on call volumes, call backs are done Monday to Friday and may take place between 9am and 8pm AEDT.

Outside office hours you will be able to leave a voice mail message. You will be called back within one business day.
