A phone bill can be confusing, especially when you are not familiair with the descriptions of the products used on the phone bill.
Every phone bill is different, but in some cases the “call charges” are “SMS charges”, or Premium SMS are under the same header as ‘third party/overseas/roaming charges”. This can be very confusing indeed and the best cause of action here, is to enquire with your telecommunications provider’s billing/invoicing department to clarify. Don’t be afraid to ask in detail – our experience is that also the customer support departments often don’t have the answer and sent you off with an answer that is not correct.
